UNIPMA – The Second Wave of New Student Admissions (PMB) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has officially opened, offering various scholarship programs at both national and international levels. These programs are part of the university’s efforts to expand access to higher education, including for international students.
Dr. Candra Dewi, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the New Student Admissions Bureau (PMB), stated in an interview that UNIPMA provides various scholarship schemes that prospective students can utilize according to their backgrounds and achievements.
“UNIPMA offers various opportunities for prospective students, ranging from KIP Kuliah scholarships, achievement scholarships, Hafidz Al-Qur’an Scholarships, Parish Scholarships, Partner School Scholarships, to Scholarships for Children of PGRI Members,” she said on Tuesday (23/6).
She explained that, in addition to national scholarships, UNIPMA also provides opportunities for students from outside Java Island through the Outside Java Scholarship Program. This initiative aims to expand educational access for prospective students across various regions of Indonesia.
Furthermore, UNIPMA also offers an International Student Scholarship Program as part of its commitment to creating an inclusive and globally competitive academic environment. Currently, UNIPMA has accepted international students, including those from Timor-Leste.
“Through this program, international students receive overseas scholarships as well as the opportunity to study in a diverse academic environment,” added Dr. Candra Dewi, S.Pd., M.Pd.
According to her, the presence of international students plays an important role in strengthening the international academic atmosphere at UNIPMA. Therefore, the university continues to open opportunities for prospective students from abroad to join.
In addition to scholarship programs, UNIPMA also provides educational cost assistance in the form of Institutional Development Fee discounts during certain periods, as well as flexible payment systems to support students’ needs.
Dr. Candra Dewi, S.Pd., M.Pd., emphasized that all these programs are part of UNIPMA’s commitment to providing equal and high-quality educational access.
“Our hope is that UNIPMA’s admissions program can reach more prospective students, both from Indonesia and abroad, and produce graduates who are excellent, innovative, and ready to compete globally,” she concluded.
Through these various scholarship programs, UNIPMA hopes that more students, including international students, will choose the university as their destination for higher education.
