UNIPMA – Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) officially crowned its new campus ambassadors through the Grand Final of the Putra Putri UNIPMA 2026 competition, held at Graha Cendekia on Saturday (June 27). The annual event serves as a platform for developing students' leadership, character, and abilities to contribute to both the university and the wider community.

Carrying the theme "Shaping Youth Voices and Potential for a Sustainable Future," the event was attended by UNIPMA Rector Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., Vice Rector III Dr. Jeffry Handhika, M.Pd., M.Si., Head of the Student Affairs Agency (BKM) Dr. Elly's Mersina M., S.Pd., M.Pd., Putra Putri UNIPMA Advisor Arri Kurniawan, S.S., M.Pd., heads of study programs, lecturers, sponsors, and invited guests.

The chairperson of the organizing committee, Queenzy Yuliansa Khilmy, stated that the Putra Putri UNIPMA competition aims to develop students who can become role models, demonstrate strong leadership, and confidently voice the ideas and potential of the younger generation in support of sustainable development.

"Putra Putri UNIPMA are not only campus ambassadors in pageant competitions but are also expected to demonstrate dedication and make meaningful contributions to both the university and society," she said.

The selection process for Putra Putri UNIPMA 2026 began in April 2026 with the semifinal round. Participants underwent a series of assessments, including written examinations, interviews, speech presentations, and a quarantine program. These stages were designed to strengthen the contestants' character, communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall competencies before they advanced to the grand final.

The grand final was also attended by representatives from various campus ambassador organizations, regional ambassadors, ambassador associations, institutional partners, and members of the UNIPMA academic community, all of whom came to support the finalists.

At the conclusion of the event, the panel of judges announced the winners of Putra Putri UNIPMA 2026 as follows:

• First Runner-up (Putra): Wafdulloh Muhammad Royaan
• First Runner-up (Putri): Rinda Tri Kusuma
• Second Runner-up (Putra): Andik Prastyo
• Second Runner-up (Putri): Vara Diva Frisca Karinma
• Best Talent (Putra): Chelo Stiven Rama Susanto
• Best Talent (Putri): Syahra Citra Dyah Mawarni
• Favorite Putra: Brilliant Budi Firstianto
• Favorite Putri: Dista Aurel May Sally

The winners received trophies, sashes, certificates, prizes, and sponsor vouchers, including beauty treatment vouchers from Bening's Clinic and Reglow Clinic. They will also serve as the official representatives of Universitas PGRI Madiun in various university events, community service programs, and ambassador selection competitions at broader levels.

Through the Putra Putri UNIPMA program, the university hopes the newly crowned ambassadors will fulfill their responsibilities as representatives of the institution, initiate activities that create a positive impact, and support various student development programs. The program is also expected to continue serving as a platform for nurturing students' character, leadership, and achievements.

Registration for new students in the Regular Program and the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Program for the 2026/2027 Academic Year is now open.
