UNIPMA Holds Coordination Meeting with Internship Partners, Strengthening Collaboration Between Academia and Industry 

UNIPMA – The University of PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) held a Coordination Meeting on Shared Understanding with internship partners at the Integrated Laboratory on Thursday (2/7). This activity served as a step to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, as well as to align understanding regarding the implementation of student internship programs.

The coordination meeting brought together UNIPMA and internship program partners to discuss implementation mechanisms, align each party’s roles, and ensure the program runs in accordance with learning objectives and the needs of the working world.

UNIPMA Rector, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., in his remarks stated that UNIPMA is committed to preparing students who are competent and ready to face challenges in the workforce. “Through cooperation with various partners, students are expected to gain learning experiences that are aligned with industry needs,” he said.

As a form of partnership strengthening, the activity also included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between several faculties at UNIPMA and internship partners. The collaborations involved the Faculty of Engineering with CV Aditech Multisolus, the Faculty of Law with the Notary and Land Deed Official Office of Endah Subekti, and the Faculty of Economics and Business with Cokro and Bless.

After the signing ceremony, UNIPMA Vice Rector III, Dr. Jeffry Handhika, M.Pd., M.Si., delivered a presentation on the internship program and the importance of inter-institutional cooperation agreements as the foundation for program implementation.

Next, Dr. Dahlia Novarianing Asri, S.Psi., M.Si., presented material on shared understanding and the technical implementation of cooperation between UNIPMA and internship partners. Through this presentation, all parties gained a common understanding of the internship program’s implementation mechanism.

The event was completed with a discussion session, providing a space for UNIPMA and partners to discuss various aspects of the internship program implementation. This discussion is expected to strengthen coordination and support the implementation of internship programs that benefit both students and partners.

Currently, registration for new students in the Regular and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programs for the 2026/2027 Academic Year has officially opened.
