UNIPMA – The Mobile Legends E-Sports branch in the Student Sports and Arts Week (Porsema) at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) 2026 took place competitively, bringing together students from various study programs to compete in strategy and teamwork. The matches were held online, while the final round is scheduled to take place offline at the UNIPMA Faculty of Engineering (FT) Building on Friday (5/6).

The person in charge (PIC) of the Mobile Legends E-Sports event, William, stated that this year’s competition was attended by representatives from 23 study programs within UNIPMA.

“This competition serves as a platform for students to channel their interests and talents in e-sports, especially Mobile Legends, while also building sportsmanship among participants,” he said on Thursday (4/6).

William explained that the tournament used a knockout format starting from the preliminary rounds to the semifinals. The winning teams then proceed to the third-place match and the final to determine the champion.

To ensure the matches ran smoothly, the competition was supervised by the E-Sports committee, who are well-versed in Mobile Legends rules and competition mechanisms.

In addition to competing for the championship title, the committee has prepared prizes in the form of coaching funds and trophies for the winners. Meanwhile, the final match is planned to be held offline at the UNIPMA FT Building, pending further confirmation from the committee.

Through this competition, William hopes that the entire series of matches will run smoothly and that all participants continue to uphold sportsmanship throughout the event.

“We hope this activity can run smoothly from start to finish, all participants maintain sportsmanship, and hopefully the final match will be exciting,” he concluded.

Beyond being a competition, UNIPMA Porsema 2026 also serves as a platform for developing students’ interests and talents in sports, arts, and e-sports, while also strengthening solidarity among students across study programs.
