Campus Hiring 2026 UNIPMA Opens Direct Recruitment for Alumni and Graduates

UNIPMA – Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), through the Alumni and Career Development Bureau (BAPK), held the Walk-in Interview Campus Hiring 2026 to connect alumni and graduates with companies offering job vacancies. The event took place at Microteaching Room 2, UNIPMA Campus 1, on Monday (10/8).

The event was held in collaboration with PKSS (HR Solutions Partner), Danantara Indonesia, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Participants had the opportunity to take part in a direct recruitment process for several positions in the banking and support services sectors.

Head of BAPK UNIPMA, Dr. Ratih Christiana, M.Pd., said that the walk-in interview was one of the campus facilities provided to help alumni gain faster access to employment.

“The walk-in interview is a recruitment activity conducted by companies or institutions for job applicants from among UNIPMA alumni and SMK Cendekia graduates, who are required to bring the documents specified in the announcement,” said Dr. Ratih Christiana, M.Pd.

She added that the activity not only made it easier for job seekers but also helped companies obtain more suitable candidates according to their needs.

“The aim is to provide facilities for UNIPMA alumni so that they can enter the workforce more quickly. In addition, companies also benefit because more potential candidates are able to attend,” she added.

Several positions offered in this recruitment included Field Collection**,** Frontliner for teller and customer service positions, Sales Officer BRI**,** Bancassurance Financial Advisor**, security guard, and driver.**

For the Field Collection position, participants must have at least a D3 (Associate Degree) qualification, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Specifically for the Magetan and Pacitan areas, high school graduates may also apply. Meanwhile, the Frontliner position is open to D3 to S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) graduates who are under 25 years old.

The Sales Officer BRI position is open to high school/vocational high school graduates with no age limit. The Bancassurance Financial Advisor position requires at least one year of experience in sales or marketing. Meanwhile, security guard and driver positions have educational, age, and work experience requirements according to the needs of the positions.

In addition to job recruitment, the event also provided internship opportunities for students who wanted to gain direct experience in the industrial world. Enthusiasm was evident among participants who took part in the registration and interview processes from the beginning of the event.

Two participants from the PPKn Study Program at UNIPMA, Purwaningsih and Marcelina Sukma Ningtyas, said that the activity helped graduates gain direct access to the workforce.

“The facilities are quite complete, the room is comfortable, and the process makes it easier for fresh graduates because the job vacancies are already available, so they only need to follow the application and interview stages,” they said.

Dr. Ratih Christiana, M.Pd., expressed hope that the joint recruitment event would expand opportunities for UNIPMA alumni to find jobs that match their competencies and the needs of the workforce.

“We hope that many qualified UNIPMA alumni will be accepted for employment by PKSS partners,” she concluded.
